F.A.B., Inc.'s School for Eagles offers training programs designed to assist our Member distributors in achieving business objectives through employee development. We offer the finest training programs available in the foodservice distribution industry by combining the strengths of in-house, web-based and local programs.

All of the above courses are taught in the F.A.B. training facility in Alpharetta, GA and are open to F.A.B. Member employees designated by their respective management team for attendance. Thanks to the generous support of our supplier partners, we are able to provide these training opportunities at no additional cost to the Member besides the transportation costs to and from Atlanta. We are committed to providing the industry's best training value.
Teaching methods include pre- and post-testing as well as video role play and hands-on experience. Class sizes will be kept intentionally small to ensure maximum learning in minimum time. This will also enable post-training follow-up to assist in learning retention. Lively interaction along with challenge and support from their peers from other Member companies will make for a very memorable and worthwhile experience for all attendees.

About Rob Keeney, Director of Training
Rob brings over 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry to F.A.B. Previously, he was with PYA/Monarch and US Foodservice as DSR, DSM and VP of Sales. He was awarded the DSR of the Year and DSM of the Year awards and earned the PYA/Monarch prestigious President's Club award every year. He was also a branch and corporate designated trainer for Sales Know-How School, Product Knowledge School and Income Enhancement and Laptop Skills.
